I found Prague 2 much less touristy and had outstanding restaurants like Etnosvět (10/10) and Prague Beer Museum is fun too, but I believe there's a Christmas market at the Church of Saint Ludmila so it's likely busy too. I had an outstanding experience in Prague, and I hope you do to! Personally I party a lot when I travel, sometimes I go out 3-4 days in a row at stay up till 3am but then I’m fine with only sleeping 5-6 hours and getting up at 8-9 am to still have to opportunity to explore the city. I love pub crawls and parties but I never prioritize them over the cultural experience. 15.
